Hi will this work for shoulder tendinitis? I’ve had it for around 6 weeks. Although I can lift in the gym again. Certain push movements still hurt.

Hi, there. I'm Alejandro. I wish to pass a brief message of how I had been able to overcome my rheumatoid arthritis via a naturopathic process. Before I was exposed to these natural remedies for healing my arthritic conditions, I had once been a victim of this debilitating disease and had suffered a great deal due to the worsening of my condition. My fingers were crooked and thus, it had been impossible for me to partake in any able-bodied activity. I was practically damaged by this condition, which had also led to my prompt resignation from my job. Quitting my job was the most downhearted experience I had ever had to go through as a sufferer of this diseases. This condition had worsened over time - from the deformity of both hands, to my short-lived marriage. The pharmaceutical recommendations were not favorable to me at all, and it was if the more pharmaceutical products I had depended on, the more critical the whole situation became for me. This whole painful scenario had persisted for a very long time, until Providence had issued certain natural remedies to me via the professional assistance of an African herbal practitioner by the name Dr. Harry Abeng. This herbal specialist Dr. Harry: [email protected] is responsible for the satisfactory improvement of this condition. An advert led me to contact this herbal healer for professional guidance in reversing my arthritic condition. I was very impressed at his knowledge in naturopathy and the hospitality he had showed in wanting to help me overcome this disease naturally. I was thus recommended some herbal products by this herbal healer which were utilized to great effect. I am very marveled at my recent improvement from arthritis and which is why I want to use this opportunity to pass this piece of message to any sufferers of this condition, who may run across this post, as a motivator not to hesitate to spread this message and also try this natural remedy for a momentous improvement . I hope to use this piece of information to resuscitate hope in anyone experiencing the same ordeal....

WALKING!! I suffered for years with a herniated disc, babying it, spending too much time lying down or sitting. Then i heard somewhere about the healing power of simply WALKING. Gotta get that blood pumping, get moving. So i started forcing myself to just walk more, even though i was limping. It didnt take long for my disc issue to heal, and it hasnt flared up since. I had tried everything else, even expensive chiropractor sessions, which did NOTHING. Its FREE to walk, and it will help!

All I can add is that ppl that did these exercises they either got immediately cured or eventually cured probably didn’t have a bad case. These exercises which I will try again surely helped w/some of it but my neck is also involved. Spasming muscles, scalenes, scm, upper traps and levator scap. It’s such a vicious cycle

This also affects my neck besides the shoulders/ribs etc..

You say shaving for us women, but got news for you! We also all have to wash our feet, and it’s hard to do without same bending as shaving. In fact it’s worse because we have to reach all around our feet, further than bottom of calf to shave! I’ve really noticed this since my ancient 20yo SI problem reactivated badly a few months go, hasn’t really let up yet.

I think I tore my rotator cuff muscle that's in the front; I thought it was a chest muscle. I got it from a looping stretching exercise using my arms. I let it heal on its own, and I think it's 90% healed, maybe more. Is letting that muscle heal on its own okay?

I have severe Syphosis of the pubis, finding out that is what it was after having it for 30 years. Affects my ability to do most jobs. No doctor or PT seems to have an answer. Was told they believe it happened when I was about to give birth and couldn't, had to have C -sections. My womb was not opening, like it was welded. But they indicated I had the reactin problem. They say now there is to much arthritis to do surgery. I have resorted to getting SI injections in the past but no longer receive those. I am at my wits end. My whole life has been affected because if this and I am so frustrated NO doctor told me about this until it was to late and had to go through so many doctors and exrays. I live in Canada. Do you have any suggestions for me? Remember though, I have arthritis there now. Please help if you can? I am desperate. I am 58. Just want my life back finally. Thank you

I'm so sorry I hope you can find Help. I had to have C- sections Also, I have 4 children. One of the especially said that my pelvic doesn't open properly only on 1 side. But I don't know why or how he determined that. About 10 years ago I became permanently Disabled can barely walk, sit or stand😢 the pain never goes away. I'm going for injections on Monday. And then I plan on getting the s. I joint belt to help support. And maybe some type of physical therapy. I have heard though there is some type of surgery regarding this. But I haven't totally looked into it. I wish you all the best and hope that you can find comfort and healing

@@1truthse3ker thank you. I hope you find relief as well. If you can find a specialist that will consider you for surgery ( if that is what is needed) then you should find someone sooner than later. My dumb doctor let me go for tears and now they can't do surgery because it has become a more rare seriousness. To much arthritis to operate now.

Looking over vids I watched in the past. Now 5 years of SI joint nightmare and I’ve tried everything. I literally mean everything! 2024 Clamshell exercises with a ban on my ankle made a breakthrough for me though. Doing so other stabilizing exercises also. FYI…. Never Stop moving. You’ll only become stiff and weak. Believe it or not other problems will develop also from not moving especially as you agree with this problem. I hope that this helps someone. ❤
