I think you've undersold how powerful bash is with the shredder. It's arguably OP till the late game.

I'm watching this vid 9 months too late. I only managed to deal with the enemies with unarmed by neutralising them from knocking them out and just crouch and attack to deal sneak damage. Funny as hell build to play but not very combat effective which is just really sad. Given that this is a futuristic game, I feel that it's a misopportunity to introduce high tech powerfists, energy fists, or even integrated mods on the space suit like batman would've done if the tech exists. Unarmed felt like an after thought in starfield which is immensely unfortunate for unarmed build lovers.

I play as orc due to the fact I can enter orc strongholds and thanks to mods I can be buff as hell and look like a green skinned Doom Slayer

For real min-maxers, your Luck stat should be 9 and then raised to 10 with Battered Fedora or other piece of gear that raises luck by +1 to a total of 10. Why? Well, because there is absolutely no difference between luck 10 and luck 11. You'll still need 5 shots to fill up one critical bar whether you have it at 10 or 11. So, your starting Luck stat should be 8 + bobblehead + luck1 gear. You could also lower agility to 7 as in early game you don't really need that many AP especially if you're going to use .44 pistols (good trader with plenty of ammo for it outside Diamond City, on any level). This will give you the possibility to raise Perception to 9, save Preston, get the bobblehead for PER 10, save the special book for something else and have access to concentrated fire and penetrator from very early levels. Also, locksmith is useless early game. It never really returns enough for perk point investment. The only time i get this perk is if I want a cryolator (without exploits) but that is not the case here. Four Leaf Clover is another useless perk suggested here. At rank 1, it has like 7% chance to proc, then on following ranks it increases by 1 or 2% for a grand total of measly 10-12% if that many. Focus on Grim Reapers Sprint, which is much more useful, and at the final rank it makes Four Leaf Clover absolutely obsolete. Penetrator 2 is also useless, as long as you have concentrated fire. Gun Fu is god tier perk, and following everything above, you might not have it early on, but early on you'll mostly be hitting targets one by one anyway. In any case, this is okay build, with plenty of perks wasted. Instead, find SuperTwonky here on KZbin and take a look at his VATS only run, which is essentially the same thing tried here, but much, much better.

On my umpteenth restart I really enjoy my Industrialist w/ Kid Stuff, Dream Home & Freestar Collective upbringing. It enriches the content, roleplay… You see, he signed on with Argos and they set him up w a loan for a home BUT pirates, spacers and general lawlessness made him realize that both FC and UC had ineffective almost bounty hunter style law enforcement, and decided to become the Mantis, Vanguard and Ranger to better control corrupt ineffective organizations from the inside and fight crime throughout the systems. The mother was from UC and father from FC, grandfather had run a successful restaurant on Akila…and parents had moved around partly also due to the war. This industrialist started his mining, pharmaceutical and manufacturing empire on Bessel 3B and then infiltrated Ryujin to better understand his competitors, setting up outposts mostly in FC Space due to less regulation. He saw himself as a Batman or Ironman which were also based on early 20th century industrialists that competed in other fields.

I say Rooted is somewhat underrated, at least from the perspective of a Survival Mode player. You're standing still during combat more than one may tend to think unless you're literally running and gunning at all times. But just crouched behind cover, looking around a wall, lining up a sniper shot and melee in V.A.T.S are all times its covering you, and with how punishing Fo4 Survival Mode is, that much extra protection is very welcome. I feel the same and stronger about Moving Target, but obviously, that isnt a STR perk.

If you don't want Strong Back, you can always fast travel survival-style with a Vertibird. Ad Victoriam!

I hate playing stealth archer. My Xbox is funky so whenever I do a stealth archer build I’ll shoot an arrow at the enemy and then they’ll just slide out of the way.

Lets face it. Having 4 followers with backstories and a quest is better then 30 basic over qualified packmules with boring dialog

Need help for stealthy shadowscale argonian with bow/blade build… Any tips for major skills? I like the thought of blade, block, sneak, marksman, illusion, light armor and something else, but the way people make the leveling out to be i am afraid to choose any major skills that i would actually use, it sounds so stupid but i dont want to be gimped so any help/advice would be appreciated

Fun Fact: You can kill the Overboss using Pain Train instead of the Thirst Zapper. If you knock Coulter down with Pain Train, you can then pickpocket an explosive onto him, which will kill him upon detonation. This seemed WAY more Fallout than using a squirt gun.

I do believe that wisp mothers are snow elves but they were also mothers when they were alive. I say this because I believe the wisps that hang out around her are actually undead snow elf children since wisps are typically portrayed as undead elves. And so having been denied not just their life but their desire to raise children. Wisp mothers gather the wisps aka snow elf kids to protect them and raise them like they would have in life. And the read they are so aggressive to the living is because they are trying to protect the kids but also they think you are the one that killed them. Because they’ve been dead for thousands of years their memories of who killed them and when are obscured by time and their hatred for having been murdered.

Hot take: stealth is extremely boring in this game. If your sneak is 100 (which is easy to get to because of the Greybeard exploit), the game is basically put on easy mode. People won’t be able to see you even when they’re looking right at you, and every attack is one shot on pretty much every single enemy. Where’s the challenge?

I usually always pick Dark Elf because I think they look the best. Or at least the character I make with this race does I've been dabbling with Orc because of berserker rage but now I'm about to try a red guard because I love dual wielding and I don't really care for magic
