It was ok for Ben to die, because if you remember, he killed billions of people in "the force awakens" with Starkiller base destroying those core planets of the republic. So, if he survived, they would just have come after him for justice and probably killed him anyway.

Girls, I liked your reaction to this movie. A little context for you: he was the one who "wrote" the lyrics for the song Imagine... that's what it was shown in the part with John Lennon. He also taught Elvis Presley his dance moves that catapulted him to success. He was the whistleblower to the whole watergate scandal, that ended up with Nixon's resignation. And Jenny died of AIDS, which was a new disease in the eighties and killed a lot of people at the time, mostly homosexual males and users of injected drugs, due to needle sharing. Actually the whole concept of single use medical stuff came after AIDS - it was very common to apply vaccine to all kids in a school using a single needle before that. I was vaccinated like that several times in my school years, for instance, for meningitis. They would simply make a queue with all students and vaccinated everybody with a single jet injector (you can find pictures of that on the internet). Jenny doesn't say much about the disease because it was brand new at the time... and VERY terrifying... like the recent COVID pandemic. In the case of COVID, not every one who contracted the disease died, but you can catch the COVID virus from the air.. In the case of AIDS, physical contact is required, but at the time, being HIV positive was a death sentence - plus it would expose you for being either gay (different times - lots of discrimination and so on about that...) or a drug abuser. And that is why the purposely showed jenny using injected drugs... This was a VERY VERY deep movie. When it was released, some of these facts weren't so far away in the past as to be forgotten. And it was very obvious to almost everyone. I think it is the best movie I have ever seen. And the special effects, that included forrest in so many actual footage of important events was very new at the time too. For instance in the end of the segregation in alabama's schools, or with the presidents: Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon... And, in the end, the feather. It is Forrest... flowing in the wind, but also destined to greatness even though he can't even understand what is actually happening around him... Very very deep. And beautiful.

I still like best the first movie Eddie Murphy did: 48 hrs (1982). It was very suspenseful, and funny, too. I think it would make a very good reaction video.

Not sure if you Guys know but in America when Police Cars get to a certain age they get auctioned off for very cheap to the public. They remove all of the police stuff but the paint is still the same, if you notice the sheriff star is removed from the side of the police car and it's old glue that's left.

The movie that made me realize Brad Pitt eats whenever possible in the roles he plays. This is such a comfortable and warm movie. The meet cute sweeps my 41yo father of 3 self off my feet. So much chemistry it overflows to the audience.

I just realized something that I never thought of before... When Mel Books talks about circumcision, Dave Chapelle says "I forgot man, I already got one" -- the joke presumably being he's trying to get out of it. But actually Dave Chapelle converted to islam ( I'm not sure if he had at the time of this movie) and his character in this movie is from an islamic country ... and islam widely practices their own brand of circumcision. So his character might actually be telling the truth.
