Think of bigger project knock down clear land put fence round and as land already has water waste and electricity put a tiny home on or camper or caravan and u have a cheap holiday park up 😊 I was thinking of doing this looking for a better plot with better access for motorhomes then use as a aire

​@@sandypollard562 that's because he's a man 😅 to pay you need to set up a Revolut bank online to do international payments his bank wouldn't like him add funds to it and he gave up in end We did it but does take a good few hours to work out all this international banking payments as they don't have sort code and account numbers it's iban number

The agent is bg.homes in bulgaria in popovo but they are saying to pay direct to the seller I'm so confused why I cant pay them and they pay the seller

Sorry I don't understand iam sorry if anything i said upset you that was not ment to. I can only speak for myself not other brits and iam very friendly with all Bulgarians I want to make this our permanent home and soak up all the local cultures and festivals around Bulgaria. In upcoming vlogs we visited all our 7 shops and spoken to all of them and got lovely welcome from everyone

@TheOffgridNomadUK I'm very sure you been warm welcome from Bulgarians but my very bad experience over 10 years all over the England wasn't like yours in Bulgaria....and this is a fact, im just very very frustrated how disgusting my family been treated from English people in England....guess they acting different ways to Bulgarians in Bulgaria....facts speaks very loud....also there is no compare between English and Bulgarians houses! Every English house is cover with black mold...I been to no one house but almost every where in England....the building of the houses are so poor quality in England and not every English can afford them that's why they buying in Bulgaria....I would like you to not talk with ironic about Bulgarians and Bulgaria!? I'm prepared to left England very soon because my experience here is very bad just because of the ways my family been treated from the English people! @daven6626 yep getting another load end of the month I just need to make room and empty a shed out also getting more coal We only have 1 log burner going so it's not using much also iam chopping up all old wood on land and in buildings ready for next year

We are on log burners at the moment and melting 🤣 You will see new toys in future vlogs we are 3 weeks ahead now and lots of work happening fast

Drove back from Bulgaria and arrived on the Cubrian coast. Couldn't believe how cold it was. Still got my hat on 😅

As if the properties, the roofs and the rats are better in UK 🤣 There are good Bulgarian builders. Especially the Turkish ones are the best and yet it depends. (There are not only Bulgarian people in Bulgaria, but also Turkish and Gipsy people) The best is to find builders from mouth to mouth, by recommendations. I mean individuals, not companies. P.S.: don't be so negative towards Bulgaria. If it was so bad, why would people choose to move here. I lived 13 years in UK and I regret. I am happy that I am back in Bulgaria. To me, even the worst in Bulgaria is much better than living in UK, for example you wouldn't owe any property in UK for such price as in Bulgaria, the weather is nicer etc. And as we all know we spend a lot of our life in our homes. A human being without a home can never be happy. Also the renovation is such a fun and creative process especially if you can do it yourself or learn to do it which is not impossible.

The elderly owners probably passed away and the heirs live in a town and not tempted by village life. It's the case with many families in BG, the younger generations look to live and work in or near big cities.
