I feel very isolated thinking that the bird from Banban was the first in a while that actually unnerved me. I'm so used to seeing things that are 'scary' because they're malnourished, or injured, or sharp teeth. The unblinking eyes and and slow pursuit actually unnerved the hell out of me even if the rest of the game was shit

8:30 I don't think that was fall damage or anything of that sort. I think ot might have been a checkpoint/anti-frustration mechanic so that way if you miss the jump your not running a long distance just to try it again.

I understand the frustration with the puzzles, but I feel like 90% of puzzles require some sort of trial and error in order to solve them. Portal, for example, is filled to the brim with puzzles. The puzzles themselves require the logic of the game's mechanics in order to progress--however, the player still requires to mess around a bit in order to find the logical solution (trial and error). I feel like the need to mess around to find the solution is the equivalent to what a puzzle is.

It's really interesting to see the mascots as actual flesh and blood rather than animatronics

What I find so cool is a lot of the dev team are ALSO on KZbin. Rambly's VA plays games, the composer is a game streamer and makes music inspired by games, ect. There's so much Behind The Scenes stuff that folks outside a project would never get to see unless there was a documentary after the fact.

I know the random symbols on the computer screen want you to put the specific symbol from the computer girl's shirt, which makes it less trial and error. That being said I got lucky and guessed correctly on the first try and was so confused why she was so easy to help.

My only critique for the Molly chase was how it’s placed in a play area that has tons of broken floors and holes in the walls. Instead of a chase, I think a hide and seek scenario would’ve been much more effective, highlighting Molly’s ability to mimic voices so she could try and trick you by sounding like Rambley.

Indigo Park has issues I do hope get fixed in the future, but knowing Chapter 1 was unfunded outside of what Mason had already made while Chapter 2 already made over the requested amount on Kickstarter gives me hope that they’ll be able to make an absolutely amazing Chapter 2.

I really enjoyed your videos about games made by URI, you should play the latest game released by them, its called 'PEDESTAL', it's more of an investigation game and story-driven than a horror one but I do think its pretty good, would love to hear your thoughts on it!!

One little detail I *love* about DE3 is that when you're reviewing the security camera footage, you have to do a little point-and-click to advance the footage, like having to click on the fuel tank and then the man with the plasma torch to see the killer smash his head in - it's likely a small hint towards the endgame reveal!

I wish I could join a chill dev team like this... I self taught hard surface modelling and texturing for modding but never went beyond that. I tried to join a few teams but it was never ending idea guys with no real imput. I wanted to learn to code as well but then my work life got busy. Would be great to just chill and make games on a weekend.

oh hell yeah, ive been waiting for more people to pick up and talk about this game. its up there as one of my favorite horror games, so im happy to see someone did it so much justice in their video. (also, in the section where you lift up the gate, you’re supposed to hold it continually until it locks in place, but hey at least it worked for you in a different way lol)
