The very first time I heard this song was at a school concert. I was in the elementary school's band and chorus, and my family stuck around for the high school performances. This was sung by the high school's acapella group and it has stuck with me for over a decade. Someone says look on the bright side, and I just remember that acapella group, specifically the leader of the group who lunged forward and sang the "always look on the bright side of death" with the most manic smile I've ever seen in my entire life. Truly a 10/10 core memory
