Pity the guy testing doesn't know when to shift though.... :(

It wasn't about the in between power, only last gear mattered. But hey, the guy tuned it to 65 rwhp, probably doesn't know what he is doing .... *Sigh*

Good day everyone! :) People, please tell me, is there an aluminum block for the nc30 engine? Or is it made of another metal? Is it possible to change the liners on this engine yourself?

They don’t make the small 4 cylinders anymore but I think they are making a cbr400 next year. This is a vfr which is v-4 r, the cbrs have i4s and have a different sound.

Is that 57 wheel horse power or crank?
@mushroomcloud13 жыл бұрын
rear wheel.. You can see the rear wheel spinning the roller.
@TheKniperlight3 жыл бұрын
mushroomcloud1 You do understand that that this happens on every dyno right? The thing is that some tuners calculate the measured power + the driveshaft losses to get crankHP, and some just use the HP that's measured right at the wheel. I'm interested in which one of these two figures is mentioned here.
@mushroomcloud13 жыл бұрын
@@TheKniperlight When the manufacturers measure "crank" horsepower, they usually do so with the engine on a test stand and measure directly from the output shaft of the engine. I thought that was what you were referring to. My mistake.

@pretpiloot7 жыл бұрын
Actually, the power was 68 HP on the rear wheel and 39 Nm of torque over a large part off the rev range. To get 83HP you would seriously need to mod it with a lot of (unobtanium) HRC parts and a lotttttt of money. with 68HP it was plenty fast on the streets. kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5CbaoJnmrepfKM Riding with bigger bikes they have trouble keeping up in the twisties ;)

This bike will walk the CBR250R. Its better than the Hyosung GT250 with respect to engine cooling. This one is entirely liquid cooled. The Hyo is oil cooled only. Top speed on these old USA VTRquarters are about 110mph. Don't let the colors fool you.
