[1:03] Why in the word "appelsinen" is there a slight "t"-like sound before "n"? It's not strictly "t", but is perceived as a "t".

As a danish person, my advice is that if you don't know whether the word is common or neuter, just use common. It makes no difference. Honestly having a neuter form for words is pointless if you ask me, we never use them anyway. At least in Midtjylland ;-)

I unfortunately lost all of my teeth and can’t even pronounce the name Frede. I got Hedvig, I know how to speak using my bottom teeth, but maybe that’s why it never gets picked up in Duolingo.
