Why do i get the feeling that it is the dawn of a new era for my hair? 😊 💃 Starting sometime in the second half of last year (2023), my hair has been breaking off till August 2024! 😢 But interestingly, i feel this fresh vibe to learn my hair all over again, nurture, and grow it out, hopefully even longer than where it had gotten to before (about bra strap length). Thanks for all the information you share with us Chris. ❤

I love this! Genetics determines the rate at which the hair grows (some average, some very fast, some slow) but it all grows unless there is a health issue. Even those with a slow growth rate can eventually grow long hair if they are retaining the length.

I love her pose at the end of showing her hair ❤❤ First time I did clay mask my hair felt so refreshed and light. I started to do clay masks with prickly pear leaf juice (it grows wild around here) to help with moisture and easy flow of application. Then deep conditioner with added vinegar. However I recently switched to using just ayurvedic cleanaing herbs instead of clay and I really love it. I might start using clay again though once a while...
