We're out there in the staging area 8 - 10 hours before the gates open Thursday afternoon, get in and get set up Thursday night hanging out, Friday is spent checking out the rest of the event as well as prepping cars for running Saturday and Sunday. It's such a good time, been every year for the last 5 years.

For your wheel alignment, do u use the same one for each track u go to or do u have track specific setups? I'd love to know what caster camber & toe angles you're runnin, especially for when u race on NJMP Lightning

LNF, basic 93 tune and downpipe can put them at 300 crank really easily. I bought a 2010 Cobalt SS/TC basically new back in 2011 from an old lady with 6,000 miles on it. Tossed on GMS1 for shits and giggles and made 300 crank. Ended up going with an S259et and supporting a couple years later and made 650whp with room to spare. Those engines are totally overlooked. Much like the LSJ when you go big turbo.

Technically, that's a Sky, not a Solstice, but whatevs. They can be very fast with surprisingly few modifications. My Solstice GXP was faster than my LS3 C6 - up until the first shift. Unfortunately, the first shift in the Solstice is at about 25mph, after which all bets are off. Great fun on a track, though.

I'm looking at GX460/470 right now, and I'm probably going to stick with Toyota since I'm not a big fan of the barn door. Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure the the Sequoia is more like the larger LX, while the GX is a luxury 4Runner, which puts the Land Cruiser in a odd location in the lineup. Sequoia seems more comparable to the LX in my eyes, but that demands way more of a premium. Solid pickup for a tow pig; the only thing you really need to "modernize" the interior is a headunit that supports Apple Carplay.
