yea I find a lot of time there later on in the day. I do tend to prefer cutting distance over carrying momentum there since the bump really upsets the car on entry and then there is another corner right after that so you can't carry as much speed as you would think

Going from fire hawk 500 to a V730 is a huge bump in grip. You essentially went from a GT tire to almost a race compound. I’m guessing 3 second gain.

Is it possible to get a lower FOV perspective? It's hard to gauge your braking points and they seem to appear so suddenly.

definitely. I've used it in the past tho and it cuts out most of the steering wheel so you can't see my inputs :/

got a whole video, search how to set up lap timer on my channel. and the kumhos are an unbeatable value. not the quickest 200tw tire but they last a while!

it's just a gopro hero 8 with the media mod. it does a great job filtering out wind noise and I have no idea how lol and thank you! 😎

Hey man awesome video, I wanted to ask how you find your limits for tracks, and when new to a track do you try to take as many lines as possible to test them or stick to one line?

I work up to limit pretty slowly and just try to pay attention to how the car is reacting. if it isn't sliding around or under/oversteering you haven't found the limit yet. for new tracks I try to look up guides and do some sim work to get used to the layout. if that's not available I just watch some people with quick times in similar cars.

What psi do you run hot and cold front and back? At thunderbolt I ran 28hot in the front and 27in the rear. I’m thinking I need to run the front a lil hotter, but was told these tires love low psi.

I usually run 24 or 25psi all the way around and send it lol I don't mess around with tire pressures as much as I should
