Also, you didn’t rely on help from the chat or a walkthrough online, which usually spoils all the joy of playing and discovering things by yourself. I once saw a gamer cheat discreetly while pretending to figure things out by themselves (not on this game, but on an insanely difficult one: Yoomurjak's Ring). It pissed me off terribly because their playthrough looked like an easy journey compared to mine. I mean, no vulgarity, no raging, not a lot of fear-you check every box! @ 5:54:39 I think the game is primarily designed around Jill's scenario, with Chris as a secondary (and more difficult) story. This is why there are more cutscenes with Jill. Also, with Chris, you're constantly alone to heighten the fear, while Barry helps Jill a lot. This also contributes to fewer cutscenes and a less developed story for Chris.

There are alternate endings where Rebecca and/or Jill don't survive. There were definitely some cutscenes that were new to me because I didn't play the same way you did.
