When I was young, my mother purchased me expensive games, but she was so poor. I never figured out how she managed to purchase so many games. I never had any full set, but having 3 or 4 games per year was astonishing to me. Now my mom is old, and I'm so afraid to lose her because she's the only family I have left. I feel like I was not grateful enough to her when I was young because, as a kid, I never realized how difficult it is to save for gifting others. Today, she's still helping me get funds and donations for my non-profit project. If she dies, I will say goodbye to my project; I will never be able to do what she does. Unfortunately, we're living in an era where human beings don't love their neighbors anymore, and at some point in your life, you're supposed to make friends, find love, but it's not working anymore. My mom is everything I still love on this planet. At some point, we have fans and followers, and you don't realize that you pay more attention to these virtual and superficial connections rather than the ones who really care about you in real life. And you end up becoming a prisoner of that bubble.

Such a interesting choice by the devs. There's definitely a part of me that desperately wishes Chloe standing up for Nathan here, lead to Nathan not being so unstable in the future. I think my first experience of Magsta Kasta was the original LiS. Personally, I think Chloe's interrogation of the dragonkin was very gentle. Last time I played D&D and had to interrogate someone my character had been willing to fight to save until she found out the woman had sold her out... well... let's just say she answered questions VERY quickly. What do you expect form a chaotic evil assassin?

So this game has had a very weird effect on me. See, when it first came out, I preordered it because I loved the first game. Well one of those preorder bonuses was a dynamic background theme for my PS4 that I switched over to and it has remained the background ever since. So much so that whenever I see a PS4 that doesn't have it as the background, it feels strange and alien. So it's nice to actually see this game again.
