Suzie's other big hits, mostly in Britain and Europe, were MUCH better than "Stumblin' In".

Why is it that so many actors that you were a fan of turn out to be LEFTIST TRASH??? I have ZERO respect for Henry Winkler, or any other leftist TRASH.

Great post brother. Speaking of posts, why doesn't anyone mention the absolutely gorgeous Markie Post who also played Electrawoman (who I believe portrayed her in many more episodes than Deidre) in the recollections of old Sid and Marty Croft shows?

I'm afraid that Paul Lynde was not the first time that KISS was ever on TV. They performed on Dick Clark's ABC in Concert, and they were also on Mike Douglas.

1976 had probably the greatest basketball game in NBA history. The Phoenix Suns and Boston Celtics game 5 of the NBA Championship series went to three overtime periods before the Celtics won by 2 points. So many incredible plays in the final moments of the overtime periods.

You said it all..very well put. Why did they think viewers would be interested in Vicki when viewers had already been so devoted to Janet? The sexual tension was there (with all the roommates) from day one, and then one by one every one of them was coupled up with someone as dry and unexciting as cardboard. I was very young when I watched the show in its later seasons , about 6 years old, and even I then was very unenthusiastic about these characters future lives with their dry boring future spouses. I remember not liking Jack with Vicki in the new spin off…. For a kid to think that, I think it says a lot.

Nice synopsis! I've been watching this lately; love the 'The Consultant' episode. Everyone 'breaks character', and I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it and would like to look it up.

The show had such great characters and personalities which made it captivating. It was wholesome 50’s & 60’s Americana captured in one half hour. I loved that show. And yes, Mrs. Cleaver (B. B.) was quite attractive 😍

Charlotte Rae was so encouraging. There was an episode that tackled depression/suicide. She convincingly told the girl to reach out and to “tie a knot” to keep going on. I always liked that analogy. I wish that I remembered more details of the episode.

Ms. Peggy was too strong of a presence. She would have had to be given more and more lines. Wouldn’t leave room for all the bit players over the years. Aunt Bee might not have even lasted on the show. Gomer, Goober, Floyd. Just my opinion.

Actually three's company was not scheduled opposite the A Team. Company was seen at 9 et. Opposite Riptide in their last season. Three's a crowd was seen at 8 et so yes they were opposite the A Team.

I've always thought this but I've never heard anyone articulate it. To a lesser extent, I feel like the same thing happened with Bob Newhart's character on "Newhart" and Dave on "Newsradio". Maybe being the straight man to a cast full of weirdos just wears on your nerves so much over time that you just become a grump in the final seasons.
