I recently bought a 62 plate Titanium X (coming from a 20 plate 1.0 Ford Ecosport Titanium) and couldn’t be happier. Bullet proof 1.6 diesel engine, miles better fuel economy and doesn’t feel like a downgrade at all. The Focus has more tech and features than my old car, which was 8 years newer. The best part it only cost £4k exactly. It’s in “ink blue”, 91K on the clock, flawless MOT history, full service history and has had water pump and cam belt done. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Amazing cars!

Fun fact as a Saab owner who had an unusual glitch in that the system noise speaker shorted. Most except the Aero engines didn't have that turbo gauge, BUT, when you take the cluster apart, its actually there. The motors and everything. Only difference is the installation of a needle and the dial face.

I think they are great cars, I have a W8 wagon with 113km on it, and the engine runs sweet as. The one thing you notice is the weight of the thing I think 1700+ kg, still it will get up and go without too much fuss. I think that engine makes them quite interesting, and the splashes of fake wood everywhere gives it hint of class. Strangely they aren't valued here, and go for a song, thus I will never sell mine. And yes, they love to leak, to this day I cannot figure from where, but water seems to collect in the right hand back foot well, does anyone know how to stop this from happening. Thanks for the review of I think under appreciated car.

Pushing 150k miles on my 2007 2.0 FSI Variant. It's nice to see some love for this gen Passat! Apart from broken coil springs and poor milage, it's been great. Really comfortable to drive as well.

Considering getting one of these at the weekend, it's between this and an Accord of a similar age - what would you go for?

If you are paying 30 pounds to fill up your Model 3, you are paying WAY too much. I think your electricity costs somewhere around "30 pence" per KW. That would mean that it would cost you 0.30 x 60 = 18 pounds roughly - which is still very high. Stop electing radical leftist leaders who are obsessed with destroying fossil fuels and your electric rates will drop precipitously.

I'm on my 2nd one of these now. The last one lasted to 110,000 miles. The only thing I will say is the suspension doesn't hold up well after a lot of mileage. But people still love the look of it, compared to all the boring SUVs on the road now.

Had the 2008 and now have a 2016. Both are excellent cars. The 2008 was a bit more fun to drive because the steering was quick but the 2016 is a bit more comfortable.

What can i say, a car with so little milage you change suspension arms, brake discs, i think you bought a lemon. I have a C240 sport 1998 , today 115000 on the clock ( i bought it 2015 82000) never needed suspension parts or brake discs, the only somehow expensive was when i changed the sparkplugs (12×9= £108 + labour, and water pump ( £50 + labour) the rest is the normal stuff, oil, oil filter, brake pads , tyres, maximum spend the 9 years £900

A lemon 😂😂😂😂 Ok dude. Maybe yours had already had the suspension/brake discs done before you had it - a lot of it will be to do with age rather than miles. It's been a very affordable car to run all in all.

I love my focus, this review is really accurate. Don’t touch ecoboost though. It does have annoying faults like issues with door seals & letting water in. My car is 1.6 ti vct titanium and I have to say the driving feel is fantastic. It does what a ford should make you smile whilst driving it. I hope they bring it back.

I've had my remapped F30 330D for over 6 years now. I get tempted to sell it for an F80 M3, but this is such a great all rounder and with 316hp and 680nm it has more than enough power to have fun with and you can't use it on anything but country roads really.

I have a 09 grand touring soft top 6 speed which I purchased new. I have owned many cars including sports cars. All in all for the price I can say for me this one is the best. This little sports car makes you smile as soon as you drive it. For those who luv cars it certainly has its place. The car talks to you especially thru twisty roads, like it is on rails. You do feel part of the car and the driving experience. Even after 15 years of ownership the car still gets waves and compliments. Yes it’s the biggest and the heaviest Mx-5 but for me it’s the best version. For those who love driving a sports roadster this is a great car. I never regret purchasing this car.

1.4 is more power and torque and performance and still the same fuel economy as the 1.2 😂😂😂 Best car I’ve owned and I’ve been through 7 cars just a bit wary of the gearbox manual (autos aren’t good either, avoid autos) and the alternators do go on them also the brakes wear out quick

The sat nav is a GM product used by Cadillac and Saab. Loved my 2007 anniversary edition wagon but the poor quality of the interior compared to the offerings from other brands meant it had to go. The seats were the best though, superb.
