I just want to say. I found your video today and after nearly throwing the printer across the room 😂 i followed your insteuctions. I gad purchased a double pack of off market inks and had replaced them but cyan was giving me trouble. I folliwed instructions and removed only cyan but replaced with another new cyan, i had already put one new cyan in. Lights went out but it still wouldnt print. A nozzle clean and voila! We are back in business. Thank you so much. xx

Hmmm I wanted to know how to clear the Ink Absorber....I have had the printer for 14 years and only now it has decided to tell me I need to clear it. This didn't help for that, but it did help in telling me I need to clean my printer PROPERLY! Never been cleaned because I didn't know I had to. Can someone help please? I'm an oldie and not tech savvy

Took out printer absorber tray. Cleaned all the pads. Dried off. Re-assembled. Still get the message. Purge: 0000 - tried a few times. The sensor is dry. Suspect there is a limit to how many times you can purge message.

I have the older version with cable and my papers would not roll anymore and I have already tried to take out a lot of paper and only had 10 sheets in my printer which did work for quite some time. Recently I had to push them by hand and then the printer would take the paper. I was just about to make a decision if I needed to buy a new printer and I looked upon youtube and was directed here. I did not know that this issue "cleaning paper rollers" was an option and I just cleaned the rollers 2x and now my papers are rolling again! I do not know for how long but at least I have solved my issue for now. And as a non technical woman this was of much help, simple and well explained, thank you very much 🙏
