This song saved my life. I was a Mormon Missionary living in Japan in the early 2000s. I wasn't allowed to listen to any secular music - just mindless church hymns. I was isolated and depressed, and considering drastic self-harm. I translated this song into Japanese and sang it to myself to keep my sanity. It sounds crazy now, but I was really at the end of my rope, and this song saved me. Thank you for this lovely rendition!

All the other english translations don't stay true to the original lines in the song. This one did that while also keeping great rhythm and rhyming and not sounding awkward/forced! It's amazing, I love it :)
