trust me i've seen css levels, i just think that compared to the levels i can make now, yes, these are bad by comparison, since the level design and object placements in them aren't great and annoyed me more often than not

0:15 like the use of tint changer(and where you can place it since it’s not chunk based now) Played this myself it’s pretty good The level design is rather unusual but good for this genre of level as it’s not meant to be easy and the object placement(dear lord)is very sufficient (don’t roll on on this 2:39) The boss feels like a harder launch base act 2 - it’s alr And the ending of the act it is(I died at the end the blocks added in is a good mitigation for unfair deaths) I feel like the music is a bit too loud over the actual in-game sounds for the editing

guess i can understand that, personally i didn't like it since the instruments were too similar, and the main melody instruments were two different instruments only on the left and right channels and i didn't like it

okay here's your tutorial then bottom bound event at the top of the level with a height of 0 i strongly advise against using it, it looks awful and breaks the level art

I straight up dropped css altogether because either most of the levels are: - "boss rushes" that uses rings and softlocks you if you get hit once - diner rp zones that have no meaning to be in there - straight lines w/ random enemy and hazard placement -etc

I feel like what most people don't understand . A lot of the people that play CSS are kids, I myself am a minor that plays CSS but takes the time to make half decent levels. So when these roblox kids see a Sonic game that looks similar to another title, which is a 2d rp game, they assume this is similar. Dumb argument, I know, but they're kids man.
