Sonic CD - Wacky Workbench Past [YM2612, SN76489]

Very quick upload. Pretty much safe to say I am unable to keep a consistent upload schedule, just uploading whenever now. Whoops.
I tried to recreate Wacky Workbench Past with the Genesis sound chips this time, flip-flopping between listening to the full song and a deconstruction to get it as close as I could within reason.
This one's been sitting around for a while, pretty much since I made Thunder Tower 1's old song. I always liked how it sounded, so I decided to finish it up and now I like it even more.
