Thunder Tower, Act 2 [YM2612, SN76489]

Surprisingly quick upload with this one.
I decided to make Thunder Tower 2's song after constantly not having any ideas for it, turned out better than I expected.
Also sorry about the re-used level footage, kinda had to for this since it's the only level footage I could use for act 2.
