First learn all the basics of Photoshop. Learn to use Selection Tools, Brush Tool, Pen Tool, Masks, Blending Modes, etc. Then watch videos of Benny Productions and similar youtubers and start creating things. Slowly and gradually you'll get better. Just keep creating and learning.

I couldn't find the same image but it was from this author: www.freepik.com/author/cookie-studio You can download the free Thumbnail PSD I've provided in the description and get the image from there :)

Wow my brain hurts but this is great info. Was shocked to hear this was the slowed down version. I think il watch it at 1/2 speed when I create mine and then pause it a bunch :D
