It means you didn't name subject layer. If it gives any other errors. You can just click on the stop button and it'll still create all the layers. just it won't create mask on the group.

You have to select the mask first, which is on the right side of the solid color. WIth that selected, go to "Image" on the top menu > Adjustments > Invert. I hope this helps.

Can you explain a little bit in your 4:27 to 4:40 minutes... I am a little confused... it's not getting done... I have selected brush tool, made the opacity 100, set the flow 14%, hardness% but when I am using the brush tool instead of blending colors on face it's just like erasing the colors... I don't know, maybe I am missing any tool or measurement, I mentioned everything I selected, can you help me solve the issue?

In that part, I am erasing the colors with a soft round brush. When you're painting, the brush hardness can be 100 but when erasing, it should be 0. Try erasing with the brush hardness set to 0 this should solve your issue.
