The trick to playing ranked is to be a traitor to your team by shooting your team mates to weaken them so you lose the match, if you dont do this you will end up being ranked waaay above your skill level, youd be surprized how good some bronze players are, its a strange way of playing but its still funner than playing call of duty, i call it the 343 method. P.s. you are yelling try calm down your parents will get really annoyed

Another tip for dropping your weapon: You can also toss an empty weapon at your enemy if he's holding a single weapon. It'll force him to pick up your empty weapon. It's a d*ck move, but it works and it's funny as Hell.

So I don't know what my problem is. A lot of the videos I watch I know this stuff and know how to use weapons but my KD is usually even or negative. I don't know if I need to work on my aiming and shot placements, map awareness, enemy position because I do have my moments where I play well and where I dominate.

I don't buy that anybody still sees the Halo series as having a good reputation. In games, your reputation only goes as far back as your last bad game, and 343 only makes bad games.

The thruster pack is what made me love Halo 5 multiplayer so much. It was so much fun. The movement strategies were so unique, and there were so many ways to out maneuver your enemy. I even loved that crouching gave you ever so slightly faster sheild regen too, gave yet another level of depth into movement strategy. I wish they didn't ditch those mechanics. Hell, if Halo 5 was in the MCC collection, I would still be playing ranked FFA.
