As much as I love watching ballet, I got bored by the countless pirouettes in this video half way through. I wish they showed more than that and the acrobatics, like a little bit of choreography, for example...

From what I've read, learning ballet is extremely demanding and gruelling. It seems Vanessa Carlton was also a ballet student but ultimately gave it up. And if those ballerina school stories have some truth in them, in those old Mindy/Mandy black and white comics for girls that our parents read when they were young, there was supposedly a lot of rivalry between girls and it was an extremely toxic environment..... But I'm guessing it's just an exaggeration?

I love when he says the word Honest or Honestly. He is generally and honest and genuine person. No wonder people like being around him. Talking to someone who is completely honest is quite amazing. Obviously everyone has secrets, but other than that he is very open with his conversations with people.

I’m a dancer and this week I went to dance 15 hours usually it’s 18 but I have been working for a year now to get my backhansrping back and get better at fouettés and seeing him do both so well makes me so sad and jealous 😭
