Well done on trying to make pesto, surely it was delicious but watching that has put me off pesto for a while now 😄. A piece of advice - always use mortar and pestle to make pesto 🫶

This looked really good - a quite simple to make. I don't cook, but if I had to, I might try something like this. Incidentally, it's not really a good idea to wash chicken before cooking it - it can spread bacteria around the kitchen surfaces, etc. Just cook it thoroughly.

The chicken is always washed, it doesn't matter if it is packaged or you buy it from the butcher, it is always washed. As for the bacteria, you have cleaned and killed everything with detergent and warm water. If I tell you that domestic hens, when they are burned with a torch, are scrubbed with a wire sponge and soap, you will go crazy😂😂😂

@@guncheto1614 The opinion of the scientific community is that washing chicken is not recommended. It doesn't "clean" 100% of the bacteria and, in fact, can spread it around which can make it worse.

You should try cooking a turkey, one time at least. People who say turkey is dry, basically they're overcooking it. And there's plenty of recipes available on how to do it right. Cooked correctly it's delicious 🙂🦃👍
