Savannah's funny. I would agree she's full Irish if all 4 grandparents are and her parents were born from them, genetically she is Irish, like if she was to do one of those DNA test that shows ancestry. But culturally she could probably call herself half irish since she lives and was born in England

If you have Irish/ Indian parents and they come to live here for good, then when you're born you are English. If your parents are working abroad and have every intention of going back, then you'd be Irish/ Indian.
