I love Dromenvanger but only got it recently (hard to find!). Do water mediums work well on the pages? They seem fairly thick but I'm not very experienced with them. I'm thinking Neo IIs, water color pencils, inktense.... Thank you.

I love that Mythographic book a lot! I know I don't color in them often but I NEED TO. And I should get that one too. lol. I love that Johanna Basford book too. Definitely would color that dragon! Wallpaper pages are the only thing I don't like.

I pre-ordered the Mythographic Artists' Vault book from the Walmart website and they sent me 3 copies of the book! Some people said they were sent 4 copies! I'm not sure why that happened but I'm not complaining! LOL! I love the holographic foil on the cover, and I've never seen purple on the edges of the pages before! I have a coloring book with shiny gold on the edges, but that's the only one. But anyway, I have all of the Mythographic books, they're one of the few that I always pre-order, so this was a must-have for me! Joseph Catimbang is my favorite artist and I love dragons, so I'm especially excited for Dragonspell to be released and there's a couple others coming in 2025 that I'm looking forward to, like the Romantasy one. I'm very curious what it's going to be like! But for now, I'm getting really excited for Rainbow Realms which will be released on Nov 5th, so not much longer now!

I lost my mom very suddenly the day after Christmas of 2022 I said good night for the night before and told her that I loved her the next morning my husband woke up and found her on the floor unresponsive in her room as much as that hurt me I can only imagine what you are going through having to watch your father go through what he is going through my heart and love go out to you my friend.

Kristina, very sorry to hear your sad news. It will be 3 years ago as of tomorrow I lost my step mom to her battle with Vascular Dementia. Big hugs to you. I'm here if you want to talk to someone

I think that Aeppol book is just the newly released English version because I’m positive the pages are the same as the one I’ve had a long time…it’s too bad they didn’t put the adjacent coloured image like in the Korean version :( Best wishes for your family…it’s so hard to watch our parents get older…I’m going through the same thing . {{hugs}}

I'm going through something similar with my mom, so I understand the feeling when it comes to coloring or needing distractions. Sending virtual hugs. Thanks for showing the new books and supplies. I do enjoy coloring with the Arteza pencils but it's hard to recommend them when we've been waiting forever on the 120 set coming back in stock. They told me it would months ago, they just need to find a new manufacturer, but at this point I'm not optimistic about it. I just ordered those Kuretake granulating watercolors, and only because they are the only ones I've seen that I really see that have that effect with the different colors. Would love to find others.
