For example, for a one month unit study focused on literature, is the MLB is only focused on Language Arts while also doing math practice but not including it in the MLB? Or would math and L.A be included in a MLB together? Tk you!

Does your family have a specific school block where you do several subjects? Im finding it difficult to do more than one "thing" at a time without a break between them, for example switching from language arts into a math lesson...do you have advice? 🙏😁

This is a unit we're interested, so thank you for making this video very thorough! Even though you're well past this unit, I think you and your kiddos would enjoy a book I picked up recently called Recipies for Change by Michael Platt. It has a recipe for each month that is connected to 12 different events in black history. The recipies are great, and the info is easily presented for younger kiddos and easy to expand on as well.
