Good video, but I'm actually having more success with a different strategy, and I have NEVER missed once I got it right. 1. Get behind Pondo. You do NOT need to target him, but it may help with positioning yourself. 2. Look from behind Link and lower the camera, and position yourself so that him and Pondo make up a "line" straight towards rightmost part of the forest in the distance. This positioning is a little generous, so don't worry too much. That's a good thing, because the forest is hard to see in bad weather. 3. This is the crucial part: you need to PRACTISE how close to Pondo you need to be. See #5 and 6. Btw, you'll learn this VERY quickly. 4. By moving as little as possible, turn Link to face SLIGHTLY to the right side of Pondo. Again, you'll quickly learn the correct angle, and this too is somewhat generous. 5. Press A to let the ball go, do NOT throw it. The ball should hit Pondo's upper back ONCE, fall down, roll to his right side, and go on to make a strike. 6. If the ball hits Pondo's head, or his back twice, you're too close, and the result is completely random. If this happens, just hit A grab the ball before it rolls away, and try again. And of course, if it does NOT hit him, you're too far away.

I've seen several youtube videos about this game, where they've gone through their inventories, and you can see they have multiple Hylian shields. How is that possible? 2. Which side quest are you talking about, to restore the shield? Is it only about completing Tarrey Town, or something else?

I know i'm 7 years late but there is a super easy royal claymore right next to the Tabantha tower. Just jump off and on the path to the tower itself, there are 4 or 5 moblins (I forgot) and a royal claymore on the ground

As others have pointed out. You’re better off selling the stones. Not worth the trade for diamonds. Besides there is that diamond respawn location on the same mountain that has an abundance of apples and other items. I always trek there after a blood moon. Always max out on apples. Can either sell or start burning some to make baked apples and sell to the lady at rito village. 😜😜😜
