Neil was a Monster drummer with the mathematical and professor type knowledge.

Totally true, I see many drum covers of Neil's drumming on KZbin and I realized they seem to play it like him except, the attack, snap and dexterity isn't there, for example on Tom Sawyer his attack is so strong and constant through the track, I don't see those covers coming anywhere close to that.

For thou art legend. Dude has got some seriously fast feet. Always tasty, always innovative interesting beats / fills / grooves... and the dude is a human metronome. One of the best ever to sit on the throne and wield the sticks. Korn got sooooooo lucky when he auditioned for them just like Geddy and Alex did when Neil auditioned for them when Rutsey bowed out. It was kismet, it was preordained by the god's of rock. Ray is a drummer's dummer and a Gentleman's Gentleman. I love that guy. He's a once in a generation talent.
