Its interesting that Virgin decided they want a local HDD instead of the Cloud based version that all the other EOS Boxes from Liberty global use! i think every box from LibGlob has that Port on the underside, but its covered with a warranty void sticker :(

On sky Q if u use the sky q dish on the sky Hd it wont work because they are all different due to the freesat thing

Can you help please - since changing my Sky HD box to Sky Q my freeview on my Smart Tv no longer works and TV keeps saying scan in channels, have tried scanning the TV via option of Aerial and cable but both bring up no channels,. After looking at various sites online it says I need an aerial splitter. Does that go into the sky q box, and if so should it be a splitter box that is 1 male-2 female, and as there are 2 aerial looking sockets at back of Sky Q box which hole does the splitter go in to. I have plenty of spare aerial cables but just need to know what type of splitter I need. Thanks

i think it depends who you get as some are in a rush and cba and some do it properly the one i had actually pinned up the cable and ran it through my trunking and fastened it all up but then others just leave the cable hanging everywhere

EE TV was the best box by far because you could pause and rewind live TV, and even rewind up to 4 channels as soon as you turn that channel on as it was always recording those 4 channels. Still can't find a box that does the same thing

Personally don’t see why you think it’s a kiss take that you have to return to a posts office ! My uncle works for virgin media and before we had sky Q we still had to return our virgin tv box’s to the post office I think that if ur sending back one of there products because u don’t like it why should they make the effort after they fitted it and you don’t like it ? It’s only like buying something from the shop for example if u get something from B&M u return it to store they don’t collect it so what’s the issue ?

If they are taking their equipments? Ask them to take all their equipments including the sky dish outside and repaire the brick/wall appropriately.
