This is what I love about your exercise videos. I have been with you since early 2020 and I am so much stronger. You don't baby us. I never thought I could do lots of squats and now they are easy! I was out for a walk a few days ago and a 6 year-old (who had just had his training wheels removed) sideswiped me with his little bicycle. I did lose my balance briefly, but I was able to easily recover. I didn't fall or pull any muscles. Just kept on walking. Thank you!

I have hitchiked across Canada on my own, raised a child on my own, walked the Camino De Santiago from Portugal to Spain, drove my motorcycle until a young drunk guy ran a stop sign and ploughed into me, leaving me for dead on the road. Then there was always running to to catch planes when I was working. I do one of your exercises every day, and have done for the past 4 years. But I'm not fast, don't like it, never have. What's the hurry? We're all going to the same place in the end, and I'm not in a hurry to get there. Good luck with this, I'll stick to your older and solid good routines. Cheers.

All of that! This definitely does not pique my interest either and nope, I won’t be participating in any of these leaping lizard routines anytime soon. Not for me. I love Jenny, value her advice and have been working out with her regularly since before the pandemic, but these options are a hard no-and actually offputting for me. On many days, the regular work out routines alone are challenging enough for me to navigate; I will stick to those.

What senior age group are you targeting because some of those seem a bit intense for me, and I'm 67yo.

I’m 67 now too. My knees and hips can’t take that jumping.

I agree with you here. These jumps may be too much. You may need something more modified to work up from. Some squats to strengthen, etc.
