This was a very active workout, I'm 70 yrs young and I definitely found this a challenge and proud to say I completed it.

Hi Jenny, thank you so much for your fantastic videos that you bring us. I followed a healthy nutritional eating plan 2 yrs ago, (at the age of 68) lost my excess weight (and maintained it). Great workout but oops, I thought it was your members prerecorded video for week as you were away. Not to worry - it was fun and I did about 5,500 steps.
