Jeff Porcaro was the best drummer and session drummer in the 70s and 80s. It's such a shame he passed so young. Your drumming does him justice Diana. It really is so wonderful to see you. I hope you are well, you look great and I love your hat. Baby-That-A-Girl is looking cute too. 😊 Both of you are beautiful ❤️. Well, it won't be long now, the election will soon be upon us. I voted on the 1st day of early voting here in Ohio on October 8th. My yard signs are still standing, believe it or not! 😆. I have to applaud President Carter for making it to 100. He voted two days ago too! He wanted to live long enough to cast his vote for Kamala and he willed himself to do it! I hope he makes it to see the election results. A good President but a better human being. A great man that led his life by example. A humble man and an inspiration. I hope the outcome of this election is what we all want it to be! Hello Diana, Well, I noticed that some of my comments haven't been posting since the hurricane. Just found out so I'll try again.😊 Gives me a chance to read through the comments, listen some more and post again😊. I hope you came through the storm okay. Even here in Ohio, we had trees and power lines down. I know the south had it much, much worse.😢 I hope you, Baby-That-A-Girl and the rest of your family are okay.❤ I see from one of your comments below that you're kind of a homebody too, like me. I, myself have suffered from anxiety, depression and panic attacks since the mid-ninties. I hope you don't suffer from it, but if you do, you're not alone. I, myself have gotten better over the years. Anxiety and panic disorder runs on my mom's side of the family. Thank goodness for the medicine we have nowadays. 😊 Anyway, I really enjoy this cover D. I have heard this one before but since it's from the nineties, it kinda flew under my radar. I, of course, did research on this one and it's from 1994. So sad to read about the singer of this song. The tempo on the demo sounds uneven so it would make it hard to match up. Diana has a very even natural tempo. Kudos Diana! Some have that built in metronome and some do not.

Howdy Beautiful Diana, So nice to see your post today. Thank you D. Been thinking about you. You look great and sound great too. This one takes me back. Starship had that 80's sound. Knee Deep in the Hoopla was a love it or hate it type of album. I think Jefferson Airplane fans didn't care for it but younger people at the time, such as kids my age at the time, seemed to like it. It got a lot of air time back when released. I know, after the fact, that Grace Slick herself didn't care for it. She thought "Rock Myself To Sleep" had hokey and corny lyrics and she felt that even at the time, she was too old to sing it. It embarrassed her. I don't know, I liked the album. People may say the music hasn't aged well but I don't care. When I hear a song like "Sara" the memories come flooding back. Good memories.😊 The music from that album makes me feel something, maybe nostalgia but I like it. You did a great job on the cover D. And Baby-That-A-Girl likes it too.
