I love the dynamic between Carl and this man. Even when his daughter didn’t want Car anymore, he still looked out for her and never stopped trying to bond with her father and I was so happy when the father excepted him and mentored him.❤

This was such a strong scene for all their acting. Emotions were so real. Debbie just engaged and distraught and Fiona just absolutely heartbroken seeing her sister crushed 😢❤

Karen was always stepped over. Her mom chose mental illness over her and parentified Karen which is abuse. Her father chose religious self righteousness over her. And Lip chose being casual and what worked for him over her. It’s a wonder she didn’t snap sooner. She was way too understanding and supportive of her mom during that whole agoraphobia thing. No child should be put through that.
