I roll race my 800 whp whippled 10R80 stang 40-130 mph non prepped. I run dbr hoosier tyres but my suspension is H&R coil overs better suited to circuit racing. Could I combine the use of these viking shocks with the existing h&r springs to better hook up on the hit?

I had a coach tell me in boxing when I was little that if you hold your breath when lifting that's how you pass out. That is one thing that I will always remember because I watch guys do it even on the pro level and I feel it does help for me when I was lifting alot.

You have to breathe in on your downs and out on your ups. This will help get more oxygen to your muscles when they need it.

I was donating blood (because why not?) until the red cross testing methods just threw mine out every time. I do wonder if I can donate platelets if I'm banned from donating blood? I'll have to check into that.

@rrittenhouse the sent me an email telling me my blood was good & usable after the first time, might try again & see what they say. I do remember a while ago they had too much blood & has to dispose of it, that's not the case currently as I'm told

What size id did you use with the moser rearend? I was told by moser I need 2.125 and then I was told it’s 1.875 I have a moser fab 9 with an aluminum center section like yours. Thanks for any help.

To keep constant tension on the cable machines, at that distance the weights could rest on the plates below them. For calve raise to give my hamstrings a good prestretch for leg day the following day. I've found for me if I pre exhaust the hamstrings the day before leg day they grow alot faster for me. I only do that one exercise to pre exhaust legs

Let's make it clear, this is at the Bill Monroe Campgrounds. It definitely sucked. The shower stalls are setup completely wrong. A guy at the track mentioned he payed $10.00 to use the shower, and I ask if they gave him tokens for the machines, he said no. He came back 1 hour later piss off and ranting.
