Hi etsy refunded a client “on my behalf” after they reported the transportation damage on 5th day after delivery while my policy allowed 24 hrs to apply for insurance in time. How to avoid such forced refunds?

This killed my listing - I bought a digital product and rebrand the listing cover and photos but not the file that has all the info on it so before i open an Etsy account do i list it as i did it or someone else? I have my shop set up and I have started getting emails that I have made a sell, but it does not tell what item i sold out of 25. where do i go to find out this info? In my shop manager it does not say anything. I have receive an order number but nothing in the shop manager.

I am starting in 2025. I have launched my store and have 60 products uploaded so far. Adding more every day. I was starting to get disheartened because I have not made any sales yet and only 56 views in two days. I have spent 10 hours a day over the last two weeks creating all of the designs. I am currently unemployed and looking for work so this was a perfect opportunity for me to follow my dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. Your video has made me realize that I am not doing anything wrong and infact have done everything right, I just need to be patient. I am trying to make a better life for my family and myself, so am willing to put in the hard work to get there. Thankyou for your videos it has help inspire me today.

Since this was 2022 it's possible to sell tshirts at 14.99 but in 2025 and still have a profit margin of $5 I can't go below $23. I feel that's too high. I do not have printify premium. What do I do?

I bought Atomic Habits and am starting in 2025, with POD phone cases.

I know you have printify premium but I can make a similar shirt and the production cost is 12$. Has prices changed? I want to make $5 profit for a shirt but I feel to even get a customer to buy a bella canvas shirt it's going to cost a customer like $29 which I think is way too high. Please let me know your thoughts!
