This duality was actually portrayed quite well in season 2 of Arcane. My favorite part of it was the interaction and reveal around Viktor and Jayce. I also really liked the conection between Viktor and Singed, along with their opposing views regarding evolution.

GOD and Lucifer are not dualities. GOD is beyond, (Transends) any dualistic plane or dimension. GOD is the Source of the material/mental plane, but to try and drag GOD into the mundane world of cause and effect is a fundamental flaw in this reasoning . And to blame some deity, (Lucifer/Ahriman/Satan/Demiurge) for all the evil in the world is also a negation of ones own responsibility and unhelpful to say the least! Choice by choice, decision by decision, we are all creating this world. For the good, (or the bad) we are responsible.

Okay I'm going to help you out here a little and explain who Lucifer really is. Because you humans have no idea. First off change Lucifer from a male to a female. You can call her Eve if you like. And let's talk about the little snake that was with Eve. Snakes have the ability of shedding their skin creating a new. Set a eve except Eve has a baby and the baby is the new skin and the bringer of light. Because you love your children it's the most joyful thing you ever see it's light. And then you get all the options of God. How to raise your own child. So Lucifer or Lucy or Eve. It's not evil at all.
