One of cats, the clingy one, bites my phone because it competes with him for what my hands are doing. Both cats sometimes bite _me_ when I'm on a phone call. Seems more frequent when I have the volume turned up or the person I'm talking to has a high voice, especially my young nieces. I think phones amplify frequencies they don't like, or introduce distortion they notice much better than we do.

I have two different fries, and I feel like both of them could be really plausible. Theory 1: Maybe instead of the cores being different individual people maybe they’re all the byproduct of one specific person. They have been copied over and had their personality tampered with so much over the years that they do not remember the person they used to be. Theory 2: this kind of piggyback off the theory before it, but what if all the cars we see in the portal series is what’s left of Cave Johnson yes, he did die before the brain mapping technology for Glados was finished, but they did do work on the technology before he died, before he died, they did a couple different scans of his brain (none coming out entirely perfect) and this is why we have several different corrupted because caves mine couldn’t be entirely copied over. The personality traits of the course also fit theory. Curiosity is his passion for science, rage is the fact he knows he’s dying, and there’s nothing he could do about it, space, because right before he died the secret to portal technology, he found was Moonrocks, facts because, you know science, Adventure could be the thrill of the “hunt” for new science expeditions, morality core is his morality obviously, the intelligence core is the only one that kind of throws off the theory but who knows maybe Cave Johnson had a sweet tooth lol. But regardless, this theory does explain why all the core we see are “corrupt“ they’re not really corrupt they’re just not full brain downloads, they’re not. And we know Glados rejects her humanity at the end of portal, two by deleting Caroline so who’s to say she’s not the one who locked up the three corrupted course from portal two?

Pav's powers are a magical gift, and Miguel had a regular Spider mess up an experiment (like in 1986 The Fly). according to his own wack explanation, both of them broke canon just by getting their powers. Even more so than Miles! He actually got bit! "Bitten by a spider from an alternate reality" absolutely sounds like a spider man origin story, in the same way a radioactive or bio engineered spider does. People shouldve been questioning this guy from the literal Start.

For me what I gathered is that the Praying Mantises power source was a device that connected several of their electronics to give them some kind of singularity. When the Head was stuck beneath the facility with all the turrets, the power source connected the head to the turrets, making them reach consciousness, making all turrets we know a copy of Cave Jonhson's consciousness, don't know if that makes sense

one thing that confuses me in this game is, if Cave's conciousness was preserved in a computer, why was Glados made? The second game implied that he died before they could do it. Unless it's because of what we did in this game they decided to make Glados

is nobody talking ab the mantises probably being the same mantises mentioned in portal two when Cave tells you to pick up a weapon and help fight the mantis people? this is a story ab how the mutated mantis people who were experimented on thrived in an abandoned aperature science facility.

If you note the toilet turrets looka like the turrets in the main game so what if cave is the turret king ? And after Glados took over Cave turned them self into a turret or transferred his consciousness into the king turret and the song that is played could be used to pacify the turrets
