Sad thing about this gorrila war is that they never had a backup support when needed the most to ensure a stronghold in key location.

Hmong troops were no match for NVA regular. CIA started this dirty war but ran away and abandon their former allies like they did in Vietnam 's Central Highlands, Somali, Afghanistan

America left suddenly without warning and left them. They were then decimated by the North Vietnamese and Pathet Laos. They paid a big price fighting for the United States drafting 10 11 year Olds when they ran out of men. Snafu...👎

Vang pao was working hard to protected the Country of Laos but Laotian were stupid and giving their Country to Vietnam that's why Laotians have hard ship now. The reason I said that Laotian's teachers couldn't even get pay. Before that I didn't believe my Dad and I kept saying Dad stopped lying. But I kept watching Laotian News and now I knew my Dad is right. South Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada and America donated millions and millions dollars to Laos still said, no money to pay workers so, I wonder where the hell that millions dollars go, are they go to sea or what.?

The death and destruction the US brought to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia is beyond comprehension, there is no justice in this world.

Excellent speech Dr. Tony Vang! My nieces and nephews are attending Vang Pao Elementary, even though we are across town. We value Vang Pao elementary being a haven where our children can learn both Hmong and English.

We, the Hmong, were American allies. We came to America for sacrificing and war reasons. The ones that came here were the left-over ones. Thousands sacrificed their lives for the Americans.

Long Tieng was attack two times during the war. The first attack was on the morning of February 14, 1971. During this battle a U.S B52 accidently drop their load of bomb directly onto Long Tieng killing many soldier's defending the base and was one of the worst Blue on Blue accident of the war. The second battle of Long Tieng happen in mid December of 1971 and lasted until mid January of 1972 an entire month of none stop fighting. That year the Hmong New Year celebration was call off. Two weeks into the second battle of Long Tieng Thailand decided to intervene and sent 5 Thai Battalion to help defend Long Tieng along with constant Thai Air Force bombing support and play a critical role in that battle. The US Air Force 7th and 13th help bomb the enemies around Long Tieng daily also. But what most people don't know is that during the second battle of Long Tieng their was also another major battle happening at Bouam Luang too. While General Vang Pao was in charge of Long Tieng and desperately holding back the North Vietnamese at Long Tieng, the other major battle at Bouam Luang was under Colonel Moua Cher Pao and they were desperately holding off the North Vietnamese back also at Bouam Luang.
