The block deck surface looks horrible. I see someone used a little cookie disc on it. Just get some emery cloth and a sanding board. Keeps it flat and prevents gouges

I hate to break it to you but you’re not anywhere near 1100 with a VGT. The turbo is maxed out well before 1000, if you even managed to get 1100 the turbo would only be alive for 1 run and absolutely grenade itself. Another sign it’s not making anywhere near 1000 is your rods, the rods give up before that. So IF your dyno said it’s making 1100 you’re not loading it correctly. Otherwise I’m saying 750 MAX

@ that dyno needs looked at heavily because none. Yes NONE of the known 6.0 guys have made over 800 on a VGT let alone that injector size, now if you’re spraying to high hell then sure you can survive that a few time. But the trucks not making that on its own. If it gives you any idea Charlie keeter made 1100, and he ran a triple turbo setup. So if you didn’t spray, you need to go to someone with a dyno that actually knows how to load it correctly.

You’re probably around 8-900 my boss has one we built one with pretty much the same thing done to it with a s476 on it and it’s right at 1000 fuel only I haven’t seen vgt turbos able to make more than 750

Add body weight...lower tire pressure...if not, you have 1200 useless HP...unless you just want to burn rubber and make a smoke show.

@ fair enough. Each to their own, I know if I was going that deep I’d change the bushings for the 55$ it costs.. piece of mind yenno. If it was a customers vehicle would you skip that step too? If you’re okay with not doing a job the right way that’s on you haha, good job regardless.

See idk about diesel performance cams necaise like you i work on mainly stock and simple modified trucks ie turbos pumps ect but do you still have to break in the cam like you would with gas engines

No hate but you cant make 1200hp with a vgt turbo 😂 and definitely not 205/100’s. 205/100’s are good for maybe 650hp when paired with a s300. you need like 330/150 or 430/150’s with a s400 to make anywhere near 4 digits 😂

How you doing Sir. I have a question for you have a 08 F350 6.4 Powerstroke I changed out the fuel filters it wouldn't start so I bled the lines and change the fuel pump is still won't start then it starts and cut back off I change the rail sensor it starts with no crank benefit cranks it cuts right off would you happen to know what's the issue thanks..

All fuel no nos its prolly like 850 max. Not shitting on the kc turbos because i loved mine but the only way you can make 1000+ with a vgt is a compound setup. Again, no hate but thats nowhere near 1000 on fuel only

My pull that was 4.03 was also downhill so it’s a pretty even comparison. On the drag strip I would hookup a lot better so it would be about the same time if not better.
