Very cool, I'm glad I came across your chanel. I'm starting my very first 15x26 custom pole barn style cottage and noting how to install a drip edge was one of my concerns. Your instructions are very helpful.

I never seen anyone use a machine screed here in Australia apart from in a tilt panel factory I worked at for a bit. i see it does the screeding and bull floating.

The music makes it hard to hear what you're saying! why don't you use solid posts instead of three 2x 6's? Is it the cost or ?
@christopherhaak982421 күн бұрын
Looks like a crap mix design if it took that long to cure. Normally for pumping, would add a mid range water reducer and it should cure normally if batched correctly. Sounds like someone was ultra conservative with cure times and actually retarded the cure.

Damn. I own a concrete polishing company and would love to polish a floor like this. there's almost no distortion in the reflectivity after the screed alone.

Did you put deshuttering agent or burnt engine oil on the screeding machine plate and wheels? It is a necessary extra step as at higher temperatures concrete sticks to them.

2.0 with the 3.0 upgrade. Haven't gotten to test it on much yet though, just a few small pours. Should be able to get it on a big run soon if the weather holds.

My cousin is building us a 30x50x12 with a lean to after ours blew down in some bad wind earlier this year. Lasted since the mid 80’s. After seeing how this one is coming together I don’t think I would hesitate to build one. The hardest part in my eyes is getting the posts square and straight. It seems like it comes right together after that. Couple hours worth of work and it’s ready for metal. Should be done by the end of the week
