I would love a meditation or eft for helping deal with challenges outside your control. My partner has just had a big operation and it’s really difficult to care for him, my family and myself

These meditations are great. I wonder if you’ve thought about using headphones with a microphone to improve the sound quality? It doesn’t bother me that much but it might bother other people because there’s a lot of background noise

Exactly what I needed today as I was so mad about people making fun of my therapy/healing efforts or telling me off for stating how some very little physical exhaustion caused severe muscle aches, by saying "please don't tell me your legs hurt because you did 2 minutes of XYZ, you know what I had to do today at work?!" (And of course there's also the "oh, it's all a mental issue, isn't it?" fraction in my family and the "You know, when I was fatigued after my cancer treatment I just forced myself to go to the gym and do a Pilates class. I just told myself "you're paying for it and it's just one hour. Just do it." notions, when you just think "If I could be doing an hour of Pilates at a gym outside my house I would be celebrating.") So thank you again for this wonderful EFT routine, I will come back to it whenever I need it. (btw: I always love the decor of your house - so super stylish and cozy!)

@@corneliag.1030 I'm sorry to hear you have had to defend yourself and your illness, I don't know why some people find it hard to accept. For some people, unless they physically experience it they will never truly understand it, don't waste your energy trying to convince them. Just know you are doing a great job and healing at your own pace and time. CFS fatigue is not like other fatigue and tiredness, you definitely cannot push through it. It's good to rant and let it all out. Aww thanks re decor, I try my best. Xx

@HealingGemsGLF thank you so much for your encouragement! The session was even more helpful later in the day: I had a video call with two colleagues (working freelance in marketing) and one of them was like "what are your plans for Christmas?" - "don't know how I will feel in a month, not sure I'll be able to do much. We'll see." Then "Have you been to the Christmas market yet?" "No, because I can't make it out of the house." "So, what are your plans for next year? Any holidays?" It was unnerving, but not as painful as it would have been without the EFT session before.

@corneliag.1030 yeh sometimes it's easier to say nothing, I usually turn the conversation back on them and ask what they are doing, so I don't have to say. I work in marketing and Comms too! I actually led a webinar today for international day for persons with disabilities, had a lot of cfs sufferers from across the business tune in. We are not alone and there is strength in that x

@@asabjork87 you could do it 2-3 times, maybe as soon as you wake, mid day and before bed, until the fear starts to subside, but if it's too much you can just listen to words too and not tap, just imagine yourself tapping. As with everything take it slow and don't over do it

This was really really powerful, thanks so much. Especially when the EFT started, my nervous system calmed down so much. It was extraordinary. I’m going to start using this every day. 🩷 I’m doing The Gupta Program at the moment and this is very reminiscent of that (apart from the EFT) especially the Soften and Flow part which they also use. Thanks 🙏 🩵💛🩷

Thank you! I felt relief and reductiin in both my emotional and physical dysregulation! In terms of future videos - one would be re: creating sense of safety during a triggering situation - I suffer with sensitivity to noise, light etc and my nervpus system gets in massive fight/flight when such triggers occur. In such situations exercises like the ones in this video do not help, as am too triggered. Thank you so much again! ❤
