I find this and your other meditations so incredibly helpful. I like how you make it feel easy and simple. For ages I read about brain retraining and how I needed to do it to fix cfs, but it seemed like this difficult and expensive thing. You’ve made it so accessible. Thank you so much.

I'd start to use this as an exposure therapy, just do a few minutes at a time and allow your mind and body to feel anxious re the music. If you tell you brain the music makes you anxious and is too loud, it will believe that's, so just do a few minutes at a time then stop, reassure yourself your ok and then do a bit more the next day. This is how you build up your tolerance for sound. Goes for activity etc too.
