@@pamelabellingham5034 that is a horrid symptom, I had that too. Keep letting your body know physically there isn't an issue, and you are letting your brain know you are ok and it's safe to feel whatever you feel.

@@pamelabellingham5034 I had all sorts of symptoms, internal vibrating, pain, OCD, numbness, limbs feeling like they were detached from my body, dizziness, muscle weakness, list goes on. When I over do it now I get a real heaviness in my body. I'm at about 70% healed, but many of the really awful symptoms have gone.

@@HealingGemsGLF thankyou for replying I have no one to talk to I sometimes feel like my family think it's all in my head I hate being like this I used to work and had a social life now Im stuck in my house mostly couch bound and exhausted I can't sleep I have this agitation in my body I feel like my body is thumping shaking inside and yeh I feel like my legs are detached from my body or so weak like jelly my body feels like it weighs a ton I'm dizzy off balance it's horrendous I feel like I'm always going to be like this and feel like giving up I'm so depressed did you experience sweating especially through the night

@@pamelabellingham5034 first know it is not in your head, it's your brain causing these issues. Maybe I'll do a video for family members to explain the condition. Try not to think about all the individual symptoms, all of them are a result of an over active/ imbalanced nervous system that is stuck in freezer/fight/flight. Concentrate on calming your thoughts and body, the number one thing that will keep you stuck is fear! Fear keeps your system in high alert. I've got EFT videos to help with this, I also suggested a twice daily somatic meditation practise where you feel symptoms and breath slowly and calmly. I have some on my channel. I went through periods of wanting to give up, but something inside of me had hope. Also, try to watch fun things, find something indoors to occupy your brain, I did painting and bead making. You can do this. You're in the thick of it right now but it will get better if you use the tools and have faith. X
