So mine just doesnt work at all. I press looper, and the screen changes to looper screen. I press the A switch and nothing records

Hi there friend. I purchased a used one on this particular model a while back and I’m having trouble getting the concept of making patches I used to have the line 6 x3 live and it was easy to make them I think it’s how the screen is set up. Any advise? I really appreciate it and I’ll be looking out for that patch of yours

I'm sorry, but that dual patch with the Soldano and the Treadplate sounds amazing even in 2023. So glad I have one of these units.

Can someone instruct me on how can I connect zoom G5 into amp guitar input ( jcm800 100 w combo) using effect, and than setup zoom g5 as bypass so that I can use amp sound. How to activate zoomg5 and deactivate it for just amp sound

I reckon that your JCM 800 has an effects loop? You can use the Zoom G5 in the effects loop. It’s been too long that I used the G5 so I don’t know if it can work with the 4 cable method. Check if the G5 has a loop send/return of itself and a loop block.

I have this pedal. Every time I switch it on it produces a loud pop through my amp which reflects badly on the pedal and T-Rex.

This often happens with pedals and it’s sometimes circumvented by using an input resistor. You can use a simple 1channel looper pedal as a switcher for the Tremster but I’d also contact T-Rex about this. It’s not really helpful to vent yourself via this video in a negative way. T-Rex are great people that will think with you to help you out!

Got the same problem, but the sound is great! I send it back because of the pop! I hope finding something else that's even good but without the pop! ;-) I hear that the JHS Tidewater makes the same pop with the switch...

I own them both, I did a few demos for Caline too, they’re nice people. But it sounds extremely thin compared to Bondi w their active EQ and comp but switch, a $30 Chinese product is rarely as good as a US made,original circuit like Bondi,JHS,Wampler,.. those guys have great ears and spend months w the oscilloscope tweaking their circuit.

I just discovered Carl martin pedals after looking for a good substitute for a plexi amp. These pedals are incredible and a bargain for what they are. I haven’t come across any other brand that simulates other amp tones better.

This is great! I came here to get some ideas for sounds to do my guitar solo on a rock song I'm currently working on. You gave me a great idea with the T Scream & FD Combo. I'm tweaking them to taste & adding another patch, but you definitely gave me a nice sound to work with.

There's nothing clean about any of this. "Clean" is 100% no distortion. None. Nothing. Nada. Zero. I'm still very upset with this purchase and I know I'll never get back what I paid for this brick.
