Premium economy in SQ is really economy plus ...not business lite! Seat are ok and food is ok. Service is always very good.

Thank you for posting this report. And thank you for no voice over and over explanation. Which seat number did you have? It is far enough back to clear the massive wings. Previously, I flew on an Emirates, A380 Business Class, and even sitting forward of the wing, I still couldn't have a nice view.

can I ask how tall you are? I am going to fly to Tokyo with the same airline and I am quite tall. So I wanted to check if normal economy is good enough for me :)

I’m 1m65 myself, so the legroom thing was perfect for me. Don’t know how tall you are, but the configuration of economy both width and legroom wise on the JL 787 is perfect, even if you’re a bit taller. Otherwise premium economy is a pretty good deal as well.

I am very disappointed with Railjet. My wife and i made reservation on Railjet no less than 3 months in advance of our venture to go from Zurich to Vienna. While in Europe we learned 3 days before our schedule trip that our night coach was cancelled and we were offered a lessor connection in business class or a total refund. The schedule offered did not work within our plans and we took the refund. However, since our trip to Vienna had to be cancelled i asked Railjet to provide us with a refund on our returned trip… they refused…. BE AWARE OF FALSE PROMISES BY RAIL-JET.

I like how CFR still uses the languages from back when refurbishing their rolling stock. Very few have the items translated into English. Check out the emergency handle at 6:35 :)

10:12 I am not sure where you got this information from, but as a KLM crew member I can confirm that almost 90% of our SXM-POS flights are fully booked. Frequencies will be increased during the summer season.

Oh it was just my observation, based on just a handful of people boarding in SXM and those 2 Air France aircraft waiting to depart at the same time. I’m pretty sure the SXM/POS operation in general is doing just fine.

Nothing has changed. At the moment still the same refurbished cars. Without private toilet and/or shower.

Hi buddy I booked the ticket from obb website And i just got the ticket pdf so before onboarding the train do we need to validate the ticket somewhere on the station or just need to carry the ticket? Thanks in advance

Assuming you depart from Amsterdam? If your ticket has a QR code, you can use that QR code to access the platform (there are ticket barriers in the station hall). If you did not get a QR code, ask station staff to open the barrier for you. Ticket will also be checked before you board or right after departure

SIA has amenity kits in premium economy, but you must request them. All in all, the service on SIA has slipped substantially over the past twenty years. They're no longer a first tier airline IMO.

Singapore Airlines really isn’t competitive with their current ‘Premium’ Economy offering. You can’t just stop at installing a better seat. The meal service needs to be a real step up from economy too. Emirates and KLM offer a vastly superior Premium Economy product. I think that back when it was launched, they were afraid of downselling J pax instead of upselling Y pax.

Thanks! As far as I can judge, you can fully recline with this seat. The toilets were fine, even though you have to share them with Economy. So it can be busy at certain times.
