#9 - hold E to pick up the flora. Note that if your mouse has a bush highlighted, you hold E, and then you press TAB once, you can let go of E and just run around collecting plants auto-magically. You can run and jump and shoot your gun and the effect doesn't go away until you press E again. It's very freeing!

When interacting with a machine or bench that shows "relevant items" above your inventory, pressing 1-9 (and possibly also 0) transfers that item to the machine's relevant slot. (e.g. inserting raw material, Power Shards or Somersloops)

Great video!!! I didn't catch a single breath, and I certainly listened for them lol I recently bought a USB triple foot pedal for satisfactory. It basically just replicates whatever buttons you assign it to. Left is brake/ backup, center is sprint forward and right is jump. It makes for those long drives or long runs across the map nearly hands-free. I even have perfected slide jump with it now 😊

I only just learnt that about the zip wire tool, never used it before as I thought it was pretty useless. Also I would inlcude the fact you can blow up the toxic gas spewers with a Nobelisk! The gas remains but no longer hurts you. Much easier to do this than bother with the gas mask (I also unlocked the Nobelisk before the gas mask anyway)

I know ALL of them and more. One special tip: It's possible to build an existing blueprint without searching the build in the menu or the hotbar. 1. Click F for dismantling 2. Switch with R to Blueprint 3. Click Mousewheel to select the blueprint you're looking at. But to be fair: I play the game since the beginning :D it has so many bugs and problems. but i love it with it.

One thing you didn't mention about converter, is that it consumes Sam ore, which is second one in rarity after uranium.

Actually prioritizing upload speed was better for me. I don’t have to sit and wait for things to upload even if it is just 1 or 2 stacks. But after the 120 belt I did go stack. But now I’ll keep going on speed.

I don’t understand why the last method is so popular. A good example of this is with screws. The first machine processes 50% of the incoming screws, and the stack size is 500. While the machine is being loaded, it continues producing. This means it takes a very long time to get all the machines running. If you're someone who likes perfect belt speeds, it’s almost impossible to keep all the machines working efficiently. You need to use the fastest belt available. When I use this method, I initially fill the machines with the fastest belts and slow them down later. However, this is only recommended if you have a constantly full belt. If not, it becomes inefficient. That’s why I stick to using balancers. Thanks to blueprints, it's become much easier to use them.

Despite being a veteran, I learned a few new ones there! I approve of starting with the stupidly basic ones, never underestimate the need for basics from beginners.

How do i enter blueprint mode

What if its not a mega factory and not modular either Like i got a factory making 10 computers per min, i can't easily change it, and i got another making 6 heavy encased frames per min, Its not a mega factory and its not modular either, i set up buildings to do specific things

Ctrl+shift also transfers all stacks of an item, you don't have to hold control and drag to do it.

Replacing Splitters was new to me.

Didn't see this mentioned but, if you select blueprint dismantle mode, then with the blueprint highlighted, you can middle mouse mouse button (copy building) to select the blueprint to build.

about reloading weapons you can just left click to reload you don't have to push/tab R

43.5, you can also sample blueprints from Dismantle Mode if you’re on the Blueprint Dismantle setting

You can reload any weapon by left clicking as well, if you are out of ammo for it. My top tip when using the rebar gun is to double left click to shoot and then instantly reload.

I use the priority power switch on my hyper tubes with lots of entrances for speed. I don't want to turn them on or off manually myself but I like the idea that they'll kick off if they need to. Even though I don't plan on ever making that happen. I setup power storage too just because it's not expensive and if I do screw up I'd like to have some time to fix it and I like how easy geyser power is to setup.

Great list! Winners for me were: 1. Right-click Zip-line functionality. Awesome! 2. Adjusting yields in the Codex. How did I miss that? 3. Alt-click map functionality. Some gems there I’ve never used. Only one i think wasn’t mentioned was the mighty crouch-jump movement ‘buff’. But I may have missed it. Amazing list for new players just learning the ropes. If only I had this a few years ago….

I've just started doing this in my 'cities.' When you make your giant foundation base, it's worth it to create one 4m foundation layer for for flattening, then a 4m space, then a thin 1m layer for the top. Makes things much prettier to look at from above.

In the to-do list, if you highlight the numbers for how many buildings you want, you can enter the number directly without having to manually click the plus or minus button.

#2 = 🤯 that's so much better than banging my face on the keyboard, it's almost too easy to play now.

@satisfactoryNews with reference to E holding to pick up leaves/wood. Hold E, press Tab to open inventory, release E and press tab again to close inventory. now simply walk/ run around and it will automatically continue to pick up leaves and wood automatically.

It took me 150-ish hours to realise I can let go of my parachute by pressing crouch. ... it also took me about 75 hours to learn I *could* crouch.

For tip #9 Even better for this, hold E when looking at wood or bushes then open and close your inventory (double tap TAB) you can then release the E key and auto grab will still be functional. Makes it possible to use the D key again while picking up wood and leaves. This needs to be reset if you want to pick up Nuts and Berries etc.

Here's a useful one you missed: When in blueprint dismantle mode, middle mouse button samples blueprints instead of individual builadbles
