I love the design of the old x7 sport more than this new x7. I also loves the rover but for me the x7 got more tech with gesture control,ambient lighting, more space with third row and third row moon roof with climate, better performance SUV

There was a genuine, warranty approved performance upgrade for the Clio as shown in Evo Magazine. A company called "MOREGO" fettled the induction cam and exhaust system to extract an extra 20bhp and 14 lb ft of torque. Not anything life changing but a worthy bit of mid range pep especially on a Trophy Car. Obviously it was called the Clio 202 Morego. A 200bhp Clio Trophy. New set of sticky tyres on thoes lightweight alloys. Upgraded discs and pads. Remove the rear seats. Lightweight battery and aluminum radiator. New oil. Fresh V-Power 99. 4am on a cold Sunday morning. Spring time. Dry roads. Stunning! Yes please.

I watch all these videos. Autocar, EVO magazine, Car Wow, Harry's Garage etc etc. There's one thing that they all have in common. Every single time they make these videos its ALWAYS, yes , ALWAYS raining or wet. Not anyone's fault but its ALWAYS the case!

Porsche never really made a car to compete with Ferrari and Lamborghini as super cars bcoz their 911 was doing it being a scaled down version but this V10 masterpiece showed everyone Porsche is simply the best sports and supercar maker. Period. Proved again with 918 spyder. I am no Porsche fanboy but this car is simply out of this planet. From looks to engine to spud to dynamics. Nothing comes close

Just bought the X7 40I, test drove the Range Rover, the RR sport, X5 and X7 and even though we wanted to get the RR Sport first the technology was a joke. We had to test drive the Range Rover to see how the autonomous driving and parking works and that was embarrassing to say the least for a $300K car that cant find a parking in a parking lot with no cars. In the end the cost for the RR Sport with half the extra's of the X7 and older tech and the Massive unreliability history of Range Rover made us go to BMW. We will give them 5 years to catchup and then go and have a look again in 2030.

I had a 74 2002 that I spent about 20 years driving and tinkering with. Mine was pretty good mechanically. It was eventually line bored, fitted with forged aluminum 10.5:1 pistons at 2.2L, balanced crank, flywheel and front pulley, Ti head, Tii distributor, MSD, high output coil, header, Mikuni Side drafts, 5-speed, 15” mag wheels with 225, 50 series rubber and Tokico springs with camber plates. I should have changed to a limited slip rear end and I should have dropped the gear ratio to make it quicker. It was very fast on the highway but could have been made quicker. It was a little tall geared. Eventually the wet climate got the better of the floor pan. My nephew has it now and I hope to see him make it into a race car someday.

Only here for the neg comments on the mk3 Rs, you know how good a car really is when its sla gged off way beyond what it deserves, s'why i bought one last year, stage 1 sabre map 400bhp, its an amazing car, subliminal handling, incredible grip, dissed by people who cant afford one, never will, never driven or even sat in one,, ... Closest they'll get is forza with a feed back steering wheel 🤣🤣... And yes i can drive a mk2 Rs 360 bhp when ever i want, and apart from the noise A-B on British roads there's no comparison 🤷🏻‍♂️...if the mk2 had been awd id have seriously considered it, but its not...... Is what it is haters.

Seriously behave yourselves. The mark three is a much better car on all levels and you are deluded if you think otherwise. I love the mk2 but it’s old and front wheel drive and, engine aside, it shouldn’t be compared to the Mk3.

Cracking cars

To get the most out of a TVR you need to be very careful to buy one based on the current condition. Ignore the colour the mileage etc just get a healthy well looked after one. That means get a really thorough check of the engine coz the new models with TVR engines are very exotic hence pricey to rebuild leakdown test and oil analysis are well worth any owner doing every now and again, for an exotic engine. As far as the chassis being separate and the body being fibre glass those facts will mean these cars are still going strong in another 50 years time. They are rebuildable and repairable far beyond what most modern cars are. One of the very best drivers cars ever made! And stunning to look at. A poor mans Ferrari.
