Used to do this eleven years ago then I got a very high energetic dog where I got all the cardio I needed to work her energy out. Had to put dog to sleep so I AM BACK at almost 70 years old.144

I have been using this workout for over 10 years on and off and always works for getting me refocused on getting and staying fit. Incorporating the weights are key for toning as you drop the weight, especially for women over 50. So important! Thank you, Jessica!

Jennifer Gallardi, I hope you will read it ❤ This workout helped me to come back to regular exercising 4 years ago. It is still my favourite to start with after any break or as a good warm up. With this workout I felt stronger, more flexible, and after trying other ballet and pilates workouts I felt confident enough to go back to regular adult ballet classes. I'm 47 and something that seemed impossible a few years ago, became possible. And it started with discovering this workout. Thank you so much for this. I remembered doing this workout and loving it a few years ago. I decided to give it a go again after gaining about 70 pounds. It KILLED me. I'm sweating like a dog. One workout at a time!

Hi! Is this lesson for men also? I am a man and I started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but my arms just gave up and I stopped at around the 7 minutes mark😟

I love the trainer's energy but her cues should be more on point. Especially with the combos, she should demonstrate the move first and count down to start. Love the routine but won't repeat this, it's too confusing.
